Booking

If you have any queries or would like to make a booking, simply call reservations anytime between 7.00am and 11.00pm. A reservation guarantee can be taken using a credit card or debit card. If you have any additional requirements we will be happy to arrange these for you at the time of booking. Alternatively use our online query form.

Cancellations

All cancellations should be made no less than 24 hours prior to arrival. If you fail to arrive at the hotel on the day booked you will be charged for that night.

Location

We are located 10 minutes from the Minster and less than a mile from York Railway Station, with easy access from the ring road and all major trunk roads. Manchester Airport is 90 miles from York, approximately 2 hours by taxi or train. Leeds/Bradford airport is only 30 miles drive. We have ample car parking. The Groves is the ideal venue whether travelling by plane, train or automobile.

It is both easy to find and get to us. Study our maps before you arrive in York and you will have a head start on finding your way around the city.

From the A1/M1

Join the A64 eastbound. Turn left on to the A1237. Follow this road until the junction with the A19. At this junction turn right and follow the A19 for about 2 miles (towards city centre). When you see the footbridge turn left immediately before it into St Peters Grove. We are at the end of this cul-de-sac.

From the North (A19)

Follow the A19 towards the city centre. When you see the footbridge turn left immediately before it into St Peters Grove. We are at the end of this cul-de-sac.
